Is there any software that will easily allow me to make mockup Mac Applications. By mockup I mean a screenshot/image of an app that isn't yet made. Similar to MyDreamApp.

I've not heard of any sort of "mockup" software, I always assumed most people just used Photoshop/Illustrator.

Interface builder, which comes with the OS X Dev Tools, is used to make the actual interfaces for apps, but you don't actually have to make the app behind the interface...you can just play with the elements.
