Changed my broadband and had to send back the Technicolour modem/router that they supplied.

Bought myself a nice new Netgear DGN2200.

This modem/router seems a bit bad on the router side of things.

When I do a connection from my iMac in another room to my Mac pro via the new modem/router it takes several attempts to get a connection but when it connects it is a pretty fast connection.

The old Technicolour modem/router always connected first time everytime.

Is there anything I can change within the Netgear settings to make getting a connection any better ?
