YESSSS! I've been wanting new modern buckles since spring 2016! Happy days. Slightly worried that my old ones won't perfectly match the new looking SS on the series 4, but I am a happy camper. Wonder why we can't order the new straps yet?
It’s still there but harder to find. You have to look at the bands from previous seasons link all the way at the bottom of the page.

First time i've seen them do it, almost certainly until stocks run out. Tempted to pick up the link bracelet while it's still there but last time I tried it my wrists were too small

Oh boo! I read the tip about bands from previous seasons hoping this is where I could get a classic buckle before they were gone, but there aren’t any to be had.
Interesting. Fashion is fickle. My guess is that they will rotate bands for a while. Modern was gone for a few months but now is back. We may see the same with the link. I also noticed that there is no more ceramic watch, so the Hermès is the only “luxury” version.
