Modify bios 780m in iMac 27

What program can I modify the bios in the gtx 780m in my iMac 27?
I tried to GPU-Z and Nvflash, but not working.
In Nvflash on the windows and dos is the message:
"Supported EEPROM not found"

There is no program AFAIK that will allow you to flash the GPU in an iMac.

Why do you want to flash the rom?

I want to modify(overclocking) the clocks on the card.

I doubt the iMac's cooling system will be able to handle much overclocking anyway.
