I like the Sidebar in 10.5. However, there are times when I accidentally pull something like "Applications," or "Library" off the Sidebar window into a puff of smoke. It's fixable, but...

How can I make it so that that those Finder bar menu items can't be moved - unless I want them to? I use TinkerToy to lend this ability to my Dock, but the Finder Bar items are my main concern now.

Sidebar SUGGESTION!

This is a good suggestion!
I would also like to be able to change the size of the icons and text in the sidebar. Colourcoding would be nice too.

I have made a picture on how i think the sidebar would really improve:

I think Leopard should have been more user friendly on regards of being more desktop/menu customizable, sometimes I think of it as Windows 95 desktop, not much to it...:rolleyes:
