Where can I buy pre-made characters for Moho? Or who can I contact to make a character to order?

It looks like Moho sells packages that have a few pre-made items for about $20-$30, at least at the time of me typing this. For a custom character? I would try contacting someone at Moho to see if they know of any resources, or search and see if there is a Subreddit based around the software.
