Mojave and iPod Classic?

I still have this iPod. I love it. Just music and podcasts. I just updated to 10.14.5. and launched iTunes for the first time. Does it still support classic? I couldn’t get my podcasts updated and synced. I had to boot into Sierra before my long drive.

All versions of iTunes + macOS support all iPods. Are you sure it's set up as an iPod and not a disk?

I should’ve written, but i was in a massive hurry yesterday, that I didn’t give it a lot if time to futz with. Thank you for your reply. I’m encouraged to see that all versions of iPod are still supported.

It was definitely set up as iPod. I think. Lol. I could see the library and summary of iPod. I couldn’t update its contents or sync even though it says it was syncing. I’ll give it more time today. I’m CERTAIN it’s user error. I had to login to my Sierra boot to do it.
