Which was the latest macOS Mojave 10.14.5 build?

And which is the current macOS Mojave 10.14.6 build?

I downloaded the 10.14.6 Supplemental Update but I could not install it. The message said that my Volume does not meet the requirements for this update.

What requirements could that be?

Assuming that you are running the required macOS 10.14.6 - What build version of Mojave are you running now? (About This Mac, click on the macOS version number, to show the build version.)
Or, if the build seems OK, are you running on a non-APFS volume, and therefore a non-standard setup?
Assuming that your macOS system seems to be the correct version - the supplemental update should also show up in System Preferences/Software Update pane. Does it?
 
Thank you for the information. I am actually running 10.14.5 (18F132). The software update says that I can update to 10.14.6.

I thought I could go directly to the Supplemental Update but apparently, I have to go to 10.14.6 first.

I would suggest that you simply download the full 10.4.6 install from the App Store, make a bootable installer from that, and do a full reinstall of your system. The download that you get would include the supplemental update, and also get you a cleaned-up system as one of the good results.
 
I did the 10.14.6 download and got build 18G87, which I gather is the latest with the Supplemental Update. Maybe I should do a reinstall in the future.

No, you’re all set. Apple rolled the supplemental fix into both the regular and combo update. There was no need to do a full install.
