MP 1,1-5,1 Mojave not showing recovery partition on Startup for repair

mojave 10.14.6 not shows recovery drive while pressing option key ,how ever high seira with APFS partition was shows recovery option
on other drive.installed macOSUpd10.14.6.RecoveryHDUpdate & all security updates are installed ,Can be possible to clone recovery drive partition clone to mojave with any tools, carbon cloner has the option but not working ,there was a script recovery.sh
We try with recovery.sh script has getting error, may be because permission errors.

This is normal, you cant see the recovery partiton in boot picker no more.

To go into recovery press option-r while starting.

but cmd+r only is available on a cMP (if there is a recovery partion on drive)

Option-⌘-R and Shift-Option-⌘-R are the shortcut keys for Internet Recovery, not supported before late-2013 Mac Pro.

Yes, I only have one internet recovery capable Mac, so I didnt remember correctly.
