Mojave "Theme" Request

If anyone is willing to do it, I would just like to have the system graphite window controls in all accent color modes, in Light and Dark modes. Basically, I never want to see the "stoplight" colors.

I don't know how difficult of a request this is, I only fiddled with .CAR files once, and had a hard time understanding how to edit them.

So, basically, what you want to do is to have window control buttons stay gray, always?

Yes, it can be done. But I am into other stuff now...
