I couldnt add my outlook account to their email app and i contacted their technical help desk.

This was their reply


Worst part is when i tried to explain to the guy why i wouldn’t hand my account over to him, he just gave up on helping me without it.

What do you guys think? Am i over reacting?

You can always change your password afterwards.

However...I haven't used that app so what I'm saying may not make sense... have you tried creating a new email address and seeing if that works with Molto? If it does, then I guess something particular is problematic with your present account. If you run into the same issue with the new account, you could give the guy your login info for the new, dummy account and see if he can figure things out, then apply the fix to your real account.
