Moment tele lens - iPhone X

Does it makes sense to buy the Moment tele lens? What is the difference between the built in tele and the moment tele lens?

I think the Tele Lens ads 2x more magnification. So the built in Tele Lens will be magnified 4x I theory?

That being said I just watched a YouTube channel that says the sirui Brand version of the Tele Lens produces much higher quality pictures than the moment version and is compatible with the moment lens case.

I have the moment v2 wise lens which is great but went with the sirui Tele Lens.
