I ordered a new macbook and then decided to get a monitor for home
I got a samsung 21.6" from circuit city on sale for 250 plus another 40 bucks off with a coupon.

Now for people who use an external monitor do I need any extra cords to connect to my laptop. Heres the link for the monitor

I never used a laptop like this so im unfamiliar. I am assuming I will put my macbook out of the way with the monitor and wireless mouse on my desk along with a keyboard. Can i always leave my macbook out of the way and closed and use it almost like a desktop. please help me figure this out

does anyone have expierence with the apple wireless keyboard or mouse

You will need the MiniDVI to DVI adapter. It is $19 from Apple or $17 with the education discount.
