    Hello everyone!
I have (had) a MBP 17 inch that just crapped out on me. It was hooked up to the beautiful Thunderbolt display. I just bought (and am anxiously awaiting) my new MBC 13 inch. My question is this.
Do I keep using the Thunderbolt display (with the $50 USB-C to Thunderbolt adapter) or upgrade to a new monitor? I have no interest in 4k.
Any and all input is greatly appreciated!!
    Thank you!

if you have no interest in 4k and your happy with it why upgrade it? 4k is the only way up for upgrade.

I like the idea of only using one cable for power/display (USB-C).
Also, isn't a HD display a step up from the Thunderbolt display?
