Hi,

I bought one LG flatron e2350V, and i'm trying to connect it to my macbook pro, it's connect through minidisplay port - dvi.

When in system preferences if i choose use monitor it appears with great resolution, beautiful image. But if i choose "use identical image for both monitors" the resolution on the LG turns crap.

What should i do to have identical image (so i can have my macbookpro with lid closed) but have at the same time an awesome resolution?

Thanks!

Well, if you choose the identical image, it scales the laptop's resolution up to the size of the monitor. You can just leave that setting off, and when you close the lid, then wake it up, it will be like you are using the computer's display, but at the native resolution of the monitor

thanks! :D

now at resolution 1920x1200 it looks very very good.

but everything is too small.

what should i do? all the mac items are too small even folders.
