I'm using a Intel Mac Mini as a front-end for my media server. So far it's working great except for one nag: The dock is clipped on the bottom and the upper menu can't be seen at all.

I'm running at 1280x720 but have tried all the offered resolutions: they range from 640x480 to 1920x1080 interlaced. The monitor is a Panasonic 60" LCD. Front Row works w/o problems, BTW.

Thanks for any guidance.

60" - jebus.
Is there not some adjustment doodacky on the monitor that will let you adjust the height / width and positioning settings?

No, unfortunately not : I found an answer at avsforum.com though. It's an app called SwitchResX that will allow me to tweak my monitors display modes, much like you can do with an X-server by tweaking modelines.
