Monitor help

I have another monitor hooked up with my macbook and whenever i want to run a movie in full screen on it, i cannot work on the other without it exiting full screen. Is there any software out there for mac that allows you to do his or what?

Quicktime can do this. I'm doing it right now, watching a movie on my MBP screen while working on my Dell 21" monitor. when you open the movie, move it to the screen you want and then enter full screen in the menu, but this is with my MBP...
