Monitor help

Didn't know where to post this, so I'll just post it here.

I basically want a 20" to 24" LCD monitor, will mainly be used for my PS3 and 360. I want it to be full HD, cheap and good quality. I live in Australia so prices will be different than in America obviously. But does anyone have any recommendations for good monitors? I am getting sick of SD TV's, even if it is a big Plasma screen 😛.

I picked up a dell monitor 19" for $129, it is $99 on the dell website, but I wanted it same day. Very impressed with the picture, a lot better than the hp monitors that I was looking at (HP 20 - 23"). This is a second screen, that will be flipped portrait, so I am not worry about size so much.
