My iMac G4 Dual GHz Quicksilver (2002) has been running fine since replacing the HD and video card about a year ago. Today without warning the monitor went to sleep, I turned it back on to blank screen and 'no signal'. Checked it on a PC in the house and it works fine, so it's either the video card or whatever powers the card. Thoughts? The card was bought from a Mac parts retailer online, can't remember who, but they're well known and highly spoken of, could the card just be worn out?

I've got an appt tomorrow with a repair place but would like to forego the charges if it's the card.
