Monitor ports on the newer MBP

I have a samsung SA850 monitor. If I get the newer MBP, how will I connect my monitor to my laptop?
I also have a USB mouse

Yep you will be able to, I suggest getting a dock that provides you with a DP port, then connect the dock's DP port to your Samsung monitor (as an example, this one from CalDigit).

Otherwise, you can try daisy-chaining adapters, such as the USB-C to HDMI + HDMI to DVI, but that may not provide the dual-link DVI bandwidth needed by the monitor (depending on the adapters used).

I'm using the mini DP port currently actually to connect into my laptop.

Just get a USB C to DisplayPort cable.
