Hopefully today I will be going to the Apple store to get my 15" Powerbook. I was hoping to pick up the 23" HD Cinema screen too but I was reading on this site that there are problems with them...is this true? How do the Dells compare, are they better? I just got a Dell monitor (not new but better than what I had) and it is sooo sooo clear and crisp. I am going away to college and thought it would be better to have all Apple hardware incase something happens. What does everyone think? Also would two 20"s be better than one 23"? I plan to use the screen back in my room and will probably do some web design, movie editing on the side. I also was thinking of picking up a TV tuner and using the laptop/screen instead of buying a TV.

You're not going to be able to hook 2 20 inch display's to your 15 inch Powerbook. It only has one DVI port. As for monitors, why not grab a Dell 24 inch for $899. That's an excellent value, and I'm sure the picture will be great.

Looks nice. Is it better quallity? Seeing the price of dells 26" LCD/TV really shows how expensive Apple's screens are.
