Which Monitor would look "Good" with the iMac 21.5 inch (2011)? I want it to look about the same height and screen size as the iMac. What are you guys using?

Have you looked into the Apple LED Cinema Displays? They look great paired with an iMac

Maybe another 21.5" display? Dell 2212M or LG IPS224V? A good 24" is said to be the ASUS PA246Q--- true 8-bit color.
Here is a page where the guy maintains a list of all the IPS panels and gives his opinion. That tftcentral.co.uk has really good monitor reviews.

One thing I just learned is that it is hard to get a truly quality 21.5" screen. I do not know about the 2011 iMac, but the 2012 iMac is IPS (good), but it is a 6-bit panel with dithering (AFRC I think is the acronym). The Dell U2212M is the same thing. I looks really good don't get me wrong, but I'm a purist. Not sure about the LG monitor.

Thanks guys for the great responses so far!

I'm going to be using it for school, like a word document one screen another word document on another, or I might have a web browser page on one screen, and a video on another.
