Monitoring applications network usage (widgits) help?

Does any one know any good apps to monitor network usage of widgits and other such applications?
I am assistant admin at a school in which we have 200 macs and a limited amount of bandwidth. If I have 200 macs screaming for 100 k at the same time thats going to be a problem haha.

Any apps to monitor how much bandwidth other apps are using would help me figure out if we can handle Tiger at the moment...
