How come Monkey Island LeChucks Revenge SE never made it onto the Mac, I assume poor sales of the first one and Bootcamp/Parallels etc ?

Strange enough, it did make its way to iOS devices. One would assume, that the reason why it was not released for OS X could be related to business decisions.

Which would be either due to poor sales estimates or a greedy original licensor. I bet the second is closer to the truth as MI2 SE would be a great asset in a sales catalogue which keeps it's sales value as a true classic. Unless of course you have to pay high license costs or get the license only for a very short time.

Think I make your reply about right :)

Well, gaming on OS X weren't so big back then. LucasArts just created the OS X version of KOTOR very recently (by the game's age) so they aren't an adaptable or promptly sort.

The Secret of Monkey Island & Le Chuck's Revenge not on iPhone App Store

Has anyone experienced the same problem? A few days ago the Secret of Monkey Island and Le Chuck's Revenge Special Editions disappeared from the iPhone App Store? At first the installer said the game is only available in the UK store, but after several redirects it just stopped searching. It seems as if the game is no longer available, although I am 100% sure it was on the App Store.

KotOR was originally available for Mac already in 2004. That's not so recently…

KOTOR was released for Windows in 2003 and Mac in 2004 - that's hardly recent. Are you thinking of something else?
