Monoprice HDMI/USB audio not working in 10.6.2?

Am I doing something wrong here? It just stopped working. I have it selected as my audio output device, but I just get silence.

I don't have this adapter, but my audio did get reset to the internal speaker from my usual digital out when I upgraded to 10.6.2.

Maybe switching to a different audio out and back again to the USB out would fix it?

Just realized it doesn't work in Windows anymore either. It must be broken. Gunna RMA it.
