Woah, it is much better, those with developer accounts I suggest you download it and test it yourself.

test ufo still shows 60hz but it's like the iPad / iPhone safari which shows 60hz but scrolling is definitely better.

Someone on reddit suggested.
 
It's not quite as smooth as Apple News, it's better than 12.0.1, still needs some work though.
 
No it doesn't, not at all actually. Installed it last night and notice absolutely 0 difference in scrolling in all web browsers. Still laggy.

Yeah it hasn’t fixed it at all multiple people have said it’s still stuck at 60hz

It seems a little different, perhaps it’s just a placebo. But it’s not functioning correctly yet. It’s certainly not the same as scrolling in Podcasts or news. I’m dumbfounded that an update was released that didn’t address this issue.

Safari is a big one, but Apple Music is also at 60hz. So strange that first party apps are lacking ProMotion support. Wish they’d just give us a toggle to force 120hz at all times.
