Guys,

I'm still running Monterey 12.6.3 and I wonder if there is any change in performance on M1 machines. Does it feel as snappy as Monterey or you've noticed some drop?

Response ok, and overall feels good, except abnormal system background behavior from time-to-time (messages like optimization or whatever) on Ventura. But maybe it's only my experience is such contrary.

No problems while being on Monterey

Not with Ventura 13.2.1.
I had a bad experience with Ventura 13.0, I'm not interested in anything new from Ventura and I'll just wait until is stable enough to be used for work.

System Preferences performance in Ventura is glacial compared to Monterey (not to mention it's a nightmare UX). 3rd party applications are not slower to an extent it is noticeable.

I’m happy with Ventura on my M1 mini. It does have 16GB RAM, don’t know if you’d see a difference with 8GB.
