Monthly MacBook Pro installment payment with AppleCare converted to AppleCare One Subscription?

Has anybody found the way that you can take you monthly Applecare payment for your MacBook Pro purchase which is a portion of the monthly installment and roll it into a AppleCare One Subscription?

It's not obvious in Sequoia how this is can be done.

But what should see there because I don't see any references to AppleCare One at all.
