Is this normal? Should I send my Macbook in for servicing?

I am just surprised how the cycles just keep adding up even when I have not been using this on battery. Has anyone else been experiencing such problems?

2/11/5260 (99.3%) using rMB on battery when needs be, when I am at home and the rMB is predominantly on the mains supply I will run it on the battery every couple of weeks to keep the electrons flowing, dropping the battery by 10% - 20%.

Have a 2014 13" rMb which I treat the same 9/56/6320 (99.8%) same story with the 15" rMBP, however it`s not with me at present to get the numbers.

"3/25/4942" – what do these numbers mean? I'm guessing the 4942 is mAh?

I had similar concerns with my battery usage. I went to see a Genius at the Apple Store. They ran their diagnostic software and determined that my battery was normal. My numbers are 2/19/5081-5121

I now have taken Queen6’s advice and use the rMB plugged in the wall and use it on battery less of the time to save on wasting battery cycles.

Thanks for the tip. Think this is what I will do too.

3 months / 31 cycles / 5037

instead of looking at MAH, you should really look at percent..that is your battery health under design capacity. If it is below 85% this early on, then you probably have an issue.
