Moom patent issue, sales halted (for now?)

Today I became aware of an patent-related issue with Moom when I was setting up a new workstation for a new employee. FYI. Installed Magnet on the workstation, for now…

That really sucks... and while I understand the concept of patent protection, the patent trolls are out of freaking control in this country...

Just saw this tweeted by ManyTricks... Moom is back!

There have been TWO updates to Moom over the weekend... one released Sunday and the second released this morning...looks like they've removed the rectangular grid layout in favor of a "hexgrid" ... will this appease the patent troll? Time will tell.

I read the patent... it's ridiculous that they even got the patent issued.
