Are there two version? At the Apple site it says “only at Apple“. But I see it is also available at Amazon for much less money. On Amazon a commenter seems to hint there are two versions, one of which doesnt Charge one of Apple’s devices. This is weird!

Well I ordered from Apple for more money. I hope it was worth it. I may call Apple and see what they say.

The "Only at Apple" version sold at the Apple Store is full-fledged MagSafe-enabled at 15W while the regular one uses regular Qi charging at 7.5W.

Correct - plus, the Amazon version doesn't have an Apple watch charger. The third position is just a USB connection to which you could attach a stand-alone watch charger.

What's more, on the Mophie site, they don't even call it a 3-in-1 charger. The version sold on Amazon is known as the "snap+ multi device travel charger"
