I tried my 6s+ on my friend's 6+ Mophie and it went about halfway in before it got too tight. It took a bit much to get it back out also. I would say no.

I am using my mophie case RIGHT NOW, TYPING AND CHARGING in my 6s plus that i have been using on my 6 plus without any issues at all

Even with the cinder screen protector works just find

I don't doubt that. I typed "I" would say no because that was MY experience. Your mileage obviously varies. OP should definitely try the phone out in the case before purchasing as it may or may not work.
