Hey Guys, Last week I emailed Mophie on a warranty case, because my Juice Pack Plus for my iPhone 4 has a problem with it now. They got back to me the next business day asking to provide my receipt and confirm my postal address. Unfortunately, I havent heard from them since. I tried calling them from here (Australia) and doesnt go through. What should I do? I spent $100 on this case and I really dont want to see that go down the drain. Thanks.
