iPod touch More Coverflow Problem!?!?!?

I just got a NEW 16GB iPod touch & everytime I use the coverflow feature it goes black and goes back to the main menu....Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?!?.....this is ********!!!!.....PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! 😡 & 🙁
