More X apps really need to maximize the presentation of apps and utilize a true full screen mode where no display space is wasted.

See here on the Google app. It’s 100% content. No status bar, or labels. Just content. This definitely makes for a more immersive and perceptibly “larger” experience to the eyes.

I agree. Even in safari, the top bar needs to disappear. Time/all indicators. They should only show up when you scroll down.

Outlook and Prism need updating. Those are only a few I have. Most everything else I use seems to be updated.

It’s a new screen/device. In time developers will do their magic and use it all.

Chrome removes the address bar when you scroll, which adds a little more space, but that persistent status bar is unnecessary. I’m not sure why more apps don’t respond like the Google app.

All that persistent status bar content is a throw back to when mobile devices where far less capable.

I paid $1200 for edge to edge display, so give me that full display for content.
