The only ones I ever click on are not really "ads" per se, but the obnoxious "download" ads that a lot of websites you can legitimately download things have.
I'm not sure how to best explain this... but if you want to download something (say Daemon tools), the download page has ads which are huge "Download" buttons which link to a different product to download. I've clicked these a few times, and found out that I suddenly got redirected to a different site, which really, REALLY makes me annoyed..
