Ok, so I live in the Caribbean. I use unblockus and have their DNS settings on my ATV. I have a subscription for netflix and use it on my Mac, ATV, IPhone and iPad. My concern is, I get way more popular titles on my iPad and iPhone than that on my ATV and Mac. Why is that? Is it because I have different DNS settings on my mobile devices? The Office staring Steve Carell is available on all my devices... It's is very confusing.

On which devices do you have the Unblockus DNS set? Make sure you have actually set it on all of them, or set it in your router.
I only have their DNS on the ATV. I was afraid to set it on the router and my other devices because I did not want to lose my access to the netflix titles that are available on them I.e iPad and iPhone 
You will not lose access. UnBlockus allows you to choose which countries Netflix to allow you to access, via a menu on their website.
