HomePod Morning routine automation help

I would like my HomePods to do the following at a specific time in the morning or after an alarm has gone off:
1. Tell me the daily weather
2. Read the news
3. Tell me the traffic conditions for my work destination.

Is this feasible somehow? Had a look in the Shortcut app and online, but can’t seem to find the solution.

Shortcuts, Gallery, Great with Siri, Morning Briefing does all. iOS 13.1.2 needed.

(You have to invoke. Not sure how to automate as you asked.)

To automate to tip from @atmuwben, just open shortcuts and go to the automation tab to create a personal automation, you can let it run when you turn off your alarm.
