Most bookmarks not syncing over iCloud to my iPhone.

For some reason, whenever i add a bookmark to my iPhone, it always hangs, or sometimes, it'll add the folders I've done on Safari on my Mac, but it'll leave the bookmarks out.
I've switched this off and on to see if it would reset, but no luck, so i've resorted to just turning it off and leaving it to sync only when i've plugged the iPhone in.
Any ideas at all?

Seems like a pretty common issue. I've spent the last hour searching and trying to fix the same issue. Bookmarks and Reading List sync between my iPhone and iPad, but my Macbook doesn't want to play along.
