I can't remember his name, but the yellow dude from Sin City?
Or was he just more annoying....

How about Magneto?

hmmmmm.....
that guy in Die Hard with a Vengence was good.
so are the Reapers in Serenity/Firefly.

i was going to say Pres. Bush, but thats a reality show i suppose, or to some just reality, and i didn't want to get this wastelanded or moved to the political forums.

I'll third the John Doe in Seven.....

The methods used to punish those using their sins against them....

Truly one of the most disturbing movies I've ever seen....

Agent Smith from the Matrix series was a pretty darn good bad guy.

Since the Jurassic Park villociraptors (how the heck do you spell that?) got a mention, I'm gonna go with the shark from Jaws.

Oh. and one more (sorry). How about the Joker from the Batman movie... The Jack Nicolson one.

Jeremy Irons wasn't bad, but I thought Alan Rickman was much better as Hans Gruber in the original.

Some other favorites that I didn't see:

Noah Cross (John Huston) in Chinatown
Annie Wilkes (Kathy Bates) in Misery
Phillip Vandamm (James Mason) in North by Northwest
Norman Bates (Anthony Perkins) in Psycho

magneto isn't evil. He doesn't even fit the classical definition of a villain.

ah yes someone that can stop the iron in people's blood to kill them.. That isn't evil at all.

Asami Yamazaki in Audition (Ôdishon).

I've seen a lot of scary movies and evil villains and Asami wins in my opinion.
I think John Landis summed up my opinion of Audition quite well: "It was so creepy that I didn't like it"

That movie was just too damn disturbing for me.

I was *really* bored for the first 45 minutes... then the phone call... and then I was hooked.
