Ok I have got the incase convertible jacket and I don't like using the ipad without it. Most of the time I use the Ipad while laying down on the couch or in bed. Without the incase it is nearly impossible to use the ipad this way. The Apple case is good but for me just to thin. Although the incase does adds bulk to the ipad this is one of the reasons I like it. It gives me something to hold on to when using the ipad. It also has 4 different viewing angles. I did not think that would be that big a deal but I am always adjusting the viewing angle based on how I am sitting/laying down. Honestly without this case I don't think I would like the iPad experiance nearly as much.
