Okay, right now I have 95 purchased iTunes tracks! I am leading for right now. Remember this is only purchased (not ripped or imported) tracks only!

List your # of purchased tracks here :D

Well in the past 2 weeks I bought 9 or 10 albums (ranging from 10~18 songs per album) off iTunes from the top of my head. I still prefer the quality and experience of buying CD's. Y'know spending 1 minute to open the plastic, then sampling each track on the way home then looking through the booklet xD. Most of the media I buy from iTunes are season passes. Buying from iTunes more than anything is just a nice convenience. But I still welcome the higher quality tracks xD

Since I'm at work right now I'll just average the past 2 weeks like umm between 108~120 at 12 tracks an album. :)

Cool, do you buy the full albums or single songs mostly?

Mostly albums and some of the iTunes essentials lists...about half of the stuff is Spanish pop/rock music that I listened to while learning the language. I've got some stuff even my native Spanish-speaking friends never heard of before I had them listen to it.

I have 236 in total, all of which are 'singles' except for 13 Music Videos and 1 Audiobook.

I have purchased 693 items from the iTunes store.

25 albums

around 200 separate songs

9 music videos

6 Audiobooks

0 TV shows (I would buy lots if they were available in the UK)

0 Movies (I would buy lots if they were available in the UK)

Many years ago Steve Jobs reported on iTMS sales, saying that one person had spent over $30,000. That was years ago, when the total sales had only been several million.

   Those songs could have been a new MacBook Pro! ;)

ARGH! Don't remind me...I had the same thought (but with a Mac Pro). Well, I've taken some small precautions to foil any future impulse or binge purchases.

I wonder if I can return them for Apple Store credit? Surely they can refurbish the songs and sell them again to someone else. :D

Recycled songs? Interesting... don't think so...

I don't mind downloading more actually. I feel bad that I haven't downloaded enough anyways :D

Songs

I am trying to get all the UK number ones at the moment and I have quite a few gift cards, so I'll be buying quite a bit soon. I'll let you know the result in the future

You bring up a good point with recycled songs. Not understanding the details behind digital music.....why would this not be possible?? I thought with iTunes songs you actually OWN the song (like a CD purchase). So, if there was a place where you could sell your rights back from that song for say.... $0.30 and then they could be resold by the purchaser for $0.75.....Can someone explain to me why that isn't possible? Seems like it should work.....Thanks and sorry to get off topic.
