Mosue keeps losing connection randomly?!

Hi all

anyone else having this issue? works fine 90% of the time then bloody disconnects so have to remove the dongle out the usb slot and put it back in!

Is it plugged into a USB 3 port? USB 3 can cause 2.4GHz interference. I have the same issue with Logitech Unifying. It works best when plugged into a USB 2 port. If you have only USB 3 ports available, get a USB extension cable and place the Dongle away from the Mac or Hub (whatever you have it plugged in to).

Its on a usb extension on the end of the enclosure.

Also if I goto Software update it disconnects for some weird ass reason
