Is there a motherboard with Thunderbolt ports for an Apple Mac Pro 3.33 Ghz Xeon 6-Core (2012) that will power an Apple Thunderbolt Display that will retain complete 100% of the functionality of the Thunderbolt 27" Display?

Not at the moment, no. You can't change the motherboards in Apple Mac Pros for a different brand.

There may be expansion cards that will add Thunderbolt but you would have to search the forums to see what discussions there have been on adding Thunderbolt to a current MP.

It is highly unlikely there will be a PCIe card for thunderbolt that will work for Mac Pro, ever. Intel is currently working on one but it requires features on the motherboard that the Mac Pro simply does not have.

    It's possible, but unlikely
