Motion Tracking iPhone Dock Keeps Video On-Point

I would buy this if it were cheaper but I don't quite think its worth the price. I know that's probably what it costs to make but I buy based not on what it costs the seller but its value to me and I think thats maybe about $50. I do wonder though how it would react if the base is on a moving object as well, will it still be able to track very well? I'm thinking so. Also is the target you wear waterproof?
