    /System/Library/Extensions/MotMobileUSB.kext/Contents/PlugIns

    [not loaded] com.motorola-mobility.driver.MotMobileMS (1.0.0 - SDK 10.5 - 2012-06-20) [Support]

    [not loaded] com.motorola-mobility.driver.MotMobileMTP (1.2.2 - SDK 10.5 - 2012-06-20) [Support]

    [not loaded] com.motorola-mobility.driver.MotMobileUSBLAN (1.2.2 - SDK 10.5 - 2012-06-20) [Support]

    [not loaded] com.motorola-mobility.driver.MotMobileUSBLANMerge (1.2.2 - SDK 10.5 - 2012-06-20) [Support]

    [not loaded] com.motorola-mobility.driver.MotMobileUSBSwch (1.2.2 - SDK 10.5 - 2012-06-20) [Support]

You can remove this, since it's a 3rd party extension, although it's not loaded and isn't doing anything aside from taking up a small amount of space.
