I recently got a Motorola e398. I have a d-link bluetooth adaptor. I have turned bluetooth on, on the phone, but iSync will not find it when i add a device. Anyone know why this is or have any suggestions

I don't use Bluetooth myself, but...

Make sure your D-Link is functioning properly and sending/recieving signals - to do this, use the Mac OS X Bluetooth utilities - if you get a hardware not found error, use software that came with your D-Link, if any, to perform diagnostics. Also, check to make sure you're not trying to connect with more than 30 feet between the computer and the phone - that won't work.
