Motorola Skin-making Software

Does anyone know of any software (freeware/open source) that makes Motorola Skins? I know of tons for Windows, but none for Mac OS X.

Rudimentary tools

You can download a Java app from download that lets you bundle your media files (which are animated gif/midi etc.). I haven't really tried it out but it may be what you're looking for.
