"Mount" SSH Server

Is it possible to "mount" an SSH server so it appears in Finder as a disc/network mount?

I've been thinking about that too, but I don't think it's possible in Finder.

Finder supports ftp to some extent. I'm not sure if it supports sftp and I'm not sure if all "ssh servers" can always act as sftp servers.
