Mountain Lion Features on Lion

I'm running an older iMac (late2006) and am unable to run Mountain Lion, but am currently running Lion with no problems.

Is there a way for me to get some of the new features in Mt.Lion such as Notification Center, Notes, Dictation?

There has go to be a work around.
